Festive Carousel Return Policy
We want you to love every purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help! You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
When you place your order, you agree to these terms and conditions regarding the production of your items and acknowledge that all sales are final. This policy is in place due to the handmade and custom nature of most products available.
How to Start a Return
- Check the Condition – Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Don't forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy!
- Contact Us – Email us at service@festivecarousel.com to request a return.
- Ship It Back – You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning and item, and these costs are non-refundable. The delivery time for exchanged products may vary based on your location. To ensure a smooth return process, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to receive your order in perfect condition! Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at service@festivecarousel.com, and we’ll make it right.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., special orders, engraved products).
- Personal care and beauty products (e.g., skincare, cosmetics).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items – All discounted purchases are final.

Jewelry - All jewelry sales are final. We are not liable for any damage that occurs in transit or after that item has been worn.
